These regulations define the principles of making purchases and services in the online store at www.ajeden.pl and are the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
The seller is the company Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Inwestycyjne AJEDEN Sp. o.o., Korytowo, 8 Kościelna St., 73-222 Suliszewo, entered into the Central Business Activity Register under the number NIP: 5941586839, REGON: 320743408, KRS 0000343325.
1. General principles
1.1 The www.ajeden.pl Internet store conducts sales through the Internet.
1.2 Placing an order in the store is tantamount to the acceptance of these Regulations by the buyer.
1.3 All products in the store, information about them and prices constitute an offer to conclude a sales contract.
1.4 Deviations in terms of colors, shape and design of individual products and their packaging are accepted.
1.5 The Customer is responsible for familiarizing himself with the composition of the product to exclude potential allergic reactions. Www. ajeden.pl does not bear any responsibility for misuse of information and use of the product(s) not intended.
1.6 The information contained on the website www.ajeden.pl is only information about given products, their properties and applications. It is not synonymous with curing a given disease.
2. Placing orders
2.1 Orders are accepted only through the website. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.
2.2 An order is effective if the buyer correctly completes the order form and provides the correct data necessary for the execution of the order, such as: the chosen form of payment and delivery, the exact address to which the goods are to be sent and the telephone number and e-mail address.
2.3 If the data provided by the Buyer is incomplete, the Seller may contact the Buyer to determine the correct data. In case it is impossible to determine the correct data, the order will be cancelled.
2.4 After placing an order on the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, an automatic response is generated confirming the receipt of the order to the store.
2.5 The Buyer agrees to issue and send electronically, to the e-mail address indicated by the Buyer, an electronic image of billing documents, in particular VAT invoices.
2.6 The Buyer may take advantage of the possibility to set up an account in the store and remember his data in order to facilitate the process of placing another order and enable the use of promotions and discounts available in the store. Through his account, the Buyer has access to the history of orders and to his data. He can change, correct or delete this data. The password necessary to log in to the customer account is not known to the Seller and the Buyer should protect it from access by third parties.
3. Order processing and delivery
3.1 The order is submitted for processing within three working days:
In case of payment by bank transfer – from the moment the payment is received on the bank account given in the order confirmation;
In case of payment by credit card, online transfer – from the moment the payment is credited. The time of booking the payment in case of online transfer or card payment may be delayed by 1-2 working days from the moment of payment for the order.
3.2 The goods are sent to the address given in the order form.
3.3 Shipping is done through the courier company Fedex. Delivery time on the territory of the Republic of Poland is 1-3 working days. Within the European Union up to 10 working days, while to countries outside the European Union it may take up to 30 days.
3.4 The Store shall not be liable for non-delivery of goods or delay caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Customer.
3.5 In case of the lack of the ordered product, the Customer is informed and receives proposals: replacement of the missing product or postponement of the order or cancellation of the order.
3.6 The cost of delivery of an order of less than 300 PLN is covered by the Customer. The cost of delivery of an order on the territory of Poland, with a value over 300 PLN, is covered by the store.
4.1 Payments are accepted in PLN.
4.2 The transfer is made to a bank account with the number :

4.3 The entity providing online payment service is Paypro SA
4.3.1 settlements of electronic payment transactions are carried out according to the customer’s choice through the https://www.przelewy24.pl/ service. It handles electronic payments: PayPro Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań at 15 Kanclerska Street, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register after KRS number 0000347935, NIP number 7792369887, with the share capital of PLN 4,500,000.00, fully paid up, entered into the register of national payment institutions kept by the Financial Supervision Authority under the number of the entity in the UKNF IP24/2014, as a national payment institution.
4.4 The date of payment shall be the date on which the payment is credited to the store’s account.
4.5 Payment for the ordered goods may be made by bank transfer, through the electronic payment system or cash on delivery (upon receipt of goods). It is also possible to collect the goods in person at the collection point in Korytów after prior arrangement. In case of personal collection it is required to pay in advance for the order without delivery costs. In case of payment for delivery, the value of this fee will be returned upon receipt of the order.
5. Prices and promotions
5.1 All prices given on the store’s pages are gross prices given in Polish zloty and include VAT. The prices do not include shipping costs.
5.2 The price given for each product is binding at the moment of placing an order.
5.3 The Store has the right to change prices of goods at any time, carry out and cancel promotional actions or introduce changes in them. This does not affect the prices of goods in orders placed before the introduction of changes in prices or promotions.
5.4 A limited number of goods is intended for promotional sales and sales and orders are executed in the order of receipt of confirmed orders for these goods, until the stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.
6 . Right to return the purchased goods
6.1 The Customer, being a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely, without giving any reason, making an appropriate statement within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The declaration can be sent via the store’s contact form or in writing to the address: Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Inwestycyjne AJEDEN Sp. z o.o., Korytowo, 8 Kościelna Street, 73-222 Suliszewo.
6.2 In case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged. The return should be made immediately, not later than within 14 days. Purchased goods should be returned to the address: Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Inwestycyjne AJEDEN Sp. z o.o., Korytowo, 8 Kościelna Street, 73-222 Suliszewo.
6.3 In accordance with the law, goods which, due to their specific nature, cannot be returned or exchanged are not subject to return: short shelf life, possibility of rapid deterioration and hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The customer also cannot withdraw from the contract in the case of products manufactured strictly to individual order.
6.4 The store shall return the payment to the account indicated by the Customer within 14 working days. If the returned goods are damaged or bear traces of greater wear than is necessary to check the goods, the Seller has the right to compensation, which will be deducted from the payment.
To the returned product the Customer must attach a declaration of withdrawal from the contract (declaration form ……..), a receipt issued by the store and the bank account number to which the money will be transferred within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned shipment. To keep the 14-day withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a statement before the end of this period.
The customer covers the shipping costs, the package should be returned to the address: Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Inwestycyjne AJEDEN Sp. z o.o., Korytowo, 8 Kościelna Street, 73-222 Suliszewo.
6.5 Cash on delivery deliveries are not subject to complaint.
NOTE: Mechanically damaged or open/opened shipments cannot be accepted by the Customer on delivery!
EXCLUSION RELATED TO THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract shall not apply to a consumer with regard to contracts where the subject of the sale is sealed goods, the packaging of which has been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygienic and health reasons.
7. Complaint and warranty
7. 1 The Sales Agreement covers new Products.
7.2 In case of a defect purchased
7.3 The complaint shall be submitted in writing to the address of the Seller given in these Regulations or electronically via the complaint form .
7.4 The Seller shall respond to the claim immediately, and if the Customer is a Consumer – no later than within 14 days. If the Client is a Consumer, and the Seller does not respond to the complaint request within 14 days, it is considered that the Client’s request is justified.
7.5 Goods sent back under the complaint procedure shall be sent to the address Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Inwestycyjne AJEDEN Sp. o.o., Korytowo, ul. Kościelna 8, 73-222 Suliszewo.
8. Provisions concerning entrepreneurs
8.1 The point of the Rules and Regulations and the provisions contained therein apply only to customers and recipients of services that are not consumers.
8.2 The Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with a customer who is not a consumer within 14 calendar days of its conclusion.
8.3 In the case of customers who are not consumers, the seller has the right to limit the available methods of payment, including the requirement to make a prepayment in full or in part and regardless of the method of payment chosen by the customer and the fact of conclusion of the contract of sale.
8.4 In the case of damage to the goods by the carrier, the seller is not responsible for the loss, loss or damage to the product arising from the receipt of the product from the carrier until the release of the consignment to the customer and for delays in the transport of the consignment.
8.5 In the case of sending the product to a customer who is not a consumer – is obliged to examine the consignment at the time of receipt. In case of damage to the consignment, it is obliged to make all necessary efforts to determine the responsibility of the carrier.
8.6 In accordance with Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the liability of the seller under warranty for the product to a customer who is not a consumer is excluded.
8.7 In the case of customers who are not consumers, the service provider may terminate the contract for the provision of electronic services with immediate effect and without indicating the reasons by sending a statement to the customer.
8.8 The liability of the seller to the customer who is not a consumer, regardless of its legal basis is limited – both within the framework of a single claim, as well as for all claims in total – to the amount of the price paid and delivery costs under the sales contract, but not more than one thousand PLN. The Service Provider shall be liable to a customer who is not a consumer only for typical damages predicted at the time of concluding the contract and shall not be liable for lost profits in relation to a customer who is not a consumer.
8.9 All disputes between the seller and the customer who is not a consumer shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the seller’s seat.
9. Final provisions
9.1 The owner of the store reserves the right to temporarily or completely shut down the store in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance.
9.2 All materials placed on the store’s website are subject to copyright and legal protection. Using and distributing them without the store owner’s consent is prohibited.
9.3 The store reserves the right to change the Regulations. Any changes to the Regulations are valid from the date of their publication on the website. Orders placed before the date of introducing changes to these Regulations are realized on the basis of the provisions in force on the day of placing the order.
9.4 In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and the amendment of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply.
