1. General provisions
The administrator of personal data collected through the online store is Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Inwestycyjne AJEDEN Sp. z o.o. entered into the central register and information on business activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister in charge of economy, having: address of the place of activity and address for delivery: Korytowo, 8 Kościelna Street, 73-222 Suliszewo, NIP: 5981586839, REGON 320743408, KRS 0000343325, hereinafter referred to as the “administrator” and being at the same time the service provider of the Internet store and the seller.
1.2 The Administrator shall take special care to protect the interests of the data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data collected by him/her is processed in accordance with the law; collected for marked, lawful purposes and not further processed against those purposes; substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form allowing the identification of the data subjects no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
2. Purpose and scope of data collection and data recipients
2.1 Possible purposes of collecting personal data of the Service Recipients or Customers by the Administrator:
conclusion and execution of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service (e.g. Account).
Direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services.
2.2 Possible recipients of personal data of the Customers of the On-line store:
In the case of a Customer who uses the manner of delivery by mail or courier service in the On-line store, the Administrator shall make the collected Customer’s personal data available to a selected carrier or intermediary carrying out parcels on the Administrator’s order.
In case of a Customer who uses the method of electronic payment or payment card in the Internet Shop, the Administrator makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected entity handling the above payments in the Internet Shop.
The Administrator may process the following personal data of the Customers or Clients using the Online Store: first and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, post code, city, country), address of residence/business/seat (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Service Recipients or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Service Recipient or Customer.
Providing personal data referred to in the above point may be necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time the scope of data required to conclude an agreement is indicated in advance on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store.
The Administrator hereby informs the User that he entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:

Andrzej Sosnowski conducting business activity under the name of wysylajtaniej.pl with the seat of Oracze 35E, 19-300 Ełk – in order to use courier services that involve processing your data when we send you a parcel.

3. Cookies and operating data

3.2 The Service Provider processes the data contained in the Cookies when the visitors use the website of the Online Shop for the following purposes:
identifying the Customers as logged in to the Webshop and showing that they are logged in;
remembering Products added to the basket in order to place an Order;
remembering data from completed Order Forms, questionnaires or login data to the Online Store;
adjusting the content of the On-line store’s website to the Customer’s individual preferences (e.g. concerning colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the On-line store’s pages;
conducting anonymous statistics on the use of the Online Store website and researching the needs of the Customers, excluding personal identification of the Customer.

3.5 Facebook – These cookies enable the function of Facebook statistics. This software helps to obtain and analyze information about the effectiveness of marketing campaigns used. This information is used to improve the ajeden.pl website and adjust the ads on Facebook.

3.8 The Service Provider also processes anonymized usage data (so called logs – IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Shop. These data are of an aggregate and anonymous nature, i.e. they do not contain features that identify the visitors to the website of the On-line store. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.
4. Basis of data processing
4.1 The provision of personal data by the Service Recipient or the Client is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data required to conclude and perform a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service as indicated on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store shall result in the impossibility of concluding such an agreement.
4.2 The basis for the processing of the Customer’s or Client’s personal data is the need to perform an agreement to which he or she is a party or to take action at his or her request before concluding it. In the case of data processing for direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the basis for such processing is (1) the prior consent of the Client or Service Recipient or (2) the fulfilment of legally justified objectives pursued by the Administrator (in accordance with Article 23.4 of the Personal Data Protection Act, direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services shall be considered a legally justified objective).
5.1 When creating a user account, you must provide your e-mail address and define a password for the account. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to create an account. As part of the user profile edition, you can provide further information about yourself, i.e. name and surname, billing address and shipping address. Providing this data is completely voluntary. You can have an account without providing further details. In this case, when placing an order you will have to enter this data manually.
The data entered by you within your user account is processed solely for the purpose of maintaining your account and ensuring that you can use it. Providing data in your user account is to make it easier for you to place orders in the store by automatically substituting data to the order form.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data within the framework of a user account is the implementation of the agreement on account management, which you conclude on the basis of the store’s regulations – Article 6(1)(b) of the TABLE.
The data collected in your account is processed within the framework of WordPress + Woocommerce system and stored on the server provided by H88 S.A.
Your data will be processed within the account for as long as you have a user account. After the account is deleted, your data will be removed from the database, except for the data on placed orders.
You can access your personal data processed within your account at any time by logging in to your user account. After logging in to your account you can at any time modify your data, as well as delete them, except for data about orders placed. You can also decide to delete your account at any time.
In relation to the data collected in your account you also have the right to transfer the data referred to in Article 20 of the TYPE
6. The right to control, access and correct their data
6.1 The Client or the Client has the right to access and correct their personal data.
6.2 Each person shall have the right to control the processing of the data concerning him/her contained in the Administrator’s database, in particular, the right to: request completion, update, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
6.3 If the Service Recipient or the Client gives consent to the processing of data for direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the consent may be revoked at any time.
6.4 In case the Administrator intends to process or processes the Client’s or the Client’s data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to (1) make a written, reasoned request to cease processing of his data due to his particular situation or to (2) object to the processing of his data.
7. Final provisions
7.2 . The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular protects the data from being made available to unauthorized persons, from being taken away by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of applicable regulations and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.
7.3 The Administrator shall make the following technical measures available to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data sent electronically:
